I am male of 16 yrs. I havn\'t take any kinds of sexual relationship with anyone. My problem is there are small irritability(foka) arounr outside part of urinary system which makes irritability itiching and makes skin dry and like rough structure. It is from 6 or 7 months. Answer: It is very common that in unusual or extraordinary circumstances the penis does not get erect instantly. However you should not think that that is the end of the world. Consult a sexologist or a sexotherapist. |
